        Slotted wood screws are a necessity for antique restorations. As slotted steel wood screws become harder to find, Kennedy Hardware makes it a priority to stock the most popular sizes.  Flat head screws should be used in applications requiring the screw to be countersunk.  This allows no part of the head to protrude beyond the surface of the material.  If you need more than 25 screws get the SC-S102FC and get 100 screws.

        We use the US Postal Service (USPS) and Federal Express (FedEx). United Parcel Service (UPS) can be arranged if necessary.

        2. USPS delivers Monday through Saturday.

        **If you received an incorrect or damaged item(s), please call us at 1-317-873-1316 right away. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label, send out a replacement, or give you a refund.

        30-Day returns - Products may be returned in the original condition within 30 days of the shipping date of your order. Merchandise returned complete and undamaged will be issued a refund using the original payment method. Original shipping costs and return shipping costs are not refunded.

        Exclusions - 

        • Special Orders are usually non-returnable. In some situations, a 20% restocking fee may be charged.   This will have been disclosed with the original quote or sale. 
        • Bargain Items are non-returnable

        How to return merchandise

        To get your refund processed as quickly as possible:

        • Repack the return merchandise, including all parts in the original package if possible.
        • Include a copy of your packing slip, order confirmation or write the product item numbers on a sheet of paper with your name, address, and date of purchase.
