Morris Chair Parts
The Morris chair was an early design of the reclining chair. Designed in England in the 1860s, this design featured an adjustable back and armrests.ᅠ This was achieved by a rod and bracket system on the rear of the chair. This was not the Lazy Boy of today but you could choose a variety of fixed positions to meet your comfort needs. Today these chairs still command high prices in antique shops and auctions around the country. Our brackets and rods are designed to repair lost or broken hardware or for the construction of a new woodworking masterpiece. Available in three classic finishes.
