Steel Hook and Pin Bed Rail Faster Set

Steel Bedfast sets are used to hold old-style beds together by hooking the bed rail to the headboard or footboard.  This design has plates with two hooks.  The plates are mortised into slots in the rails with the hooks protruding.  The hooks secure the bed together by sliding over pins installed in the head and footboards.  Our set comes complete with short and long pins to accommodate a variety of wood thicknesses.
